These terms of service (these "Terms and Conditions") apply to the Data APIs and other products and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by TorqueNode ("TorqueNode", "our" or "we") via torquenode.com (the "Site"). By registering to use the Service, accessing the Service or providing access to any APIs via the Service, you agree and acknowledge that you have read all of the terms, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.

1. Privacy

2. Service

TorqueNode connects API Consumers to several Data APIs. The Site enables TorqueNode to list the APIs they offer for purchase by API Consumers. We grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the Service subject to the terms set forth.

3. Registration

In order to access the Service, API Consumers must register with TorqueNode. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the security of your password, and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

4. Permitted Use

By purchasing and using any TorqueNode dataset, you agree to the following:

  • Non-Transferable: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the database with any third party.
  • Accuracy Disclaimer: All data is provided "as is", without warranties or guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
  • Compliance with Law: The database must not be used in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • No Competing Services: The database may not be used to create, power, or support any product or service that directly competes with TorqueNode offerings.
  • Limitation of Liability: TorqueNode shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, claims, or losses resulting from use of the data.

5. Restrictions

You represent and warrant that you will not:

  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, deep link or other similar automated extraction tools without our consent.
  • Interfere with other users' use of the APIs or impose a disproportionate burden on the infrastructure.
  • License, sublicense, rent or lease the APIs to third parties.
  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any portion of TorqueNode data.

6. Subscriptions and Fees

API Consumer may browse listed APIs and subscribe to access and use APIs pursuant to selected subscription plans. All payments must be made via our authorized payment processor. We will charge the credit/debit card provided in advance and in accordance with the subscription plan selected.

7. Disclaimer

YOUR USE OF THE Service IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE Service IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TORQUENODE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS.
